Eagle Pin Locks come with a standard warranty: for the period of one (1) year when used by the original owner, pin locks are warranted against any defects in material or workmanship. The pin locks warranty may be extended to two (2) year warranty if terms and conditions are met.
With proof of purchase, a defective part will be replaced free of charge. If a replacement part is unavailable, the product will be replaced with one of equal value. This warranty does not apply to a product that is damaged or altered through misuse, abuse, accident, neglect modification or mishandling.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Extended warranty is conditional on return of warranty registration card. If warranty registration card is not completed and returned standard limited warranty will apply.
2. Eagle Pin Lock items must be used and maintained within specifications. This warranty will not apply in the event of conditions demonstrating abnormal use or stress.
WARRANTY ACTIVATION / SERVICE CLAIMS
1. To activate warranty complete and return warranty activation card provided in packaging within 10 days of receipt of product.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
For warranty returns, the original direct purchaser should contact Eagle Pin Locks customer service by calling 1-877-862-7049 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM eastern standard time (USA). Eagle Pin Locks may elect to inspect the product through pictures, send parts, or issue an RA number so that the product may be returned to the factory for testing or repair. Transportation charges are not covered or reimbursed under the terms of warranty. All decisions on warranty fulfillment are at the sole discretion of Eagle Pin Lock (no labor or time allowances).
